Upon graduating with degrees in Architecture, school mates, now partners, Ihsan Ceylan & Ilter Dogan began honing their craft with international clients after only a few weeks of graduating.
Gifted with natural talent, unrelenting work ethic and determined to make every customer a colossal enthusiast, word spread on global platforms Upwork & Fiverr, quickly garnering these young architects hundreds of 5 star reviews.
Entrepreneur and company builder, Erik Simins noticed the duo and after working on a few projects together, recognized that both Ceylan and Dogan were uniquely talented, and would be destined for greater things than what the online platforms were offering them.
Simins brought his previous experience as a general contractor and passion for design to the team as well as being connected with material & furniture suppliers, and architects & designers abroad. Having built companies valued in excess of$150mm, Erik adds mentorship and business expertise for the two and has helped to formalize the business behind the studio. Shortly after, IIE Architects & Design Studio was born.
With projects now underway across the globe spanning North America, Europe & the Middle East, their growing client base and repeat customers have come to expect precision detail and bespoke design that results in utterly beautiful work based on timeless architectural principles of light, space and form.
